1. About KingTuddy

KingTuddy is an independent, informational website that tracks live leaderboard data for DraftKings promotional contests ("King promos"). The Site aggregates publicly available sports statistics to display live standings for these promos.

KingTuddy is not a gambling platform, does not accept bets, and does not process any financial transactions.

2. No Affiliation with DraftKings

KingTuddy is independently operated and has no affiliation, partnership, or business relationship with DraftKings Inc., FanDuel, Caesars Sportsbook, or any other sportsbook. DraftKings and all related marks are trademarks of DraftKings Inc.

Promo rules, prize amounts, eligibility requirements, and deadlines are set solely by DraftKings. KingTuddy makes no guarantees about the accuracy of promo details. Always verify at DraftKings Promotions before participating.

Live leaderboard data is sourced exclusively from public ESPN APIs (site.api.espn.com and site.web.api.espn.com). While we make every effort to display accurate, real-time data, KingTuddy makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown.

Do not make betting decisions based solely on KingTuddy data. Always verify scores, statistics, and standings from official sources before placing any wagers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and materials on KingTuddy are the intellectual property of KingTuddy. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of this Site without express written permission.

Sports statistics displayed on the Site are sourced from public APIs and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Scraping or automated data collection from the Site
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying the Site's code or design
• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Accessing the Site from jurisdictions where sports betting is illegal
